interview, hosted by Patricia Gras, was arranged as one of the
activities for Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month, 1999 in Texas.

Douglas Evans, chief of pancreatic surgery, discusses the
basics of pancreatic cancer and treatment, and current research
directions;
Janice
Castle, one of Dr Evans' patients, describes her personal
experience with diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer as
a survivor of almost ten years.
