MD Study Sponsor: MDACC Gemcitabine: 400mg/meter squared administered over 30 minutes weekly for 7 weeks Radiation therapy: 30.0 Gy/10 fractions/2 weeks (Monday-Friday) to begin 3 days after the first dose of gemcitabine Surgery: Extended Pancreacticoduodenectomy
