Esophageal Cancer Nomogram to Predict Pathologic Lymph Node Involvement Prior to Treatment


This software calculates the probability of pathologic lymph nodes in esophageal cancer patients based on initial staging with endoscopic ultrasound and CT Scan. This nomogram was developed at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center and has been externally validated at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry Foregut Group.


Clinical M Stage (cM):
Clinical M Stage must be M0.
M0
Enter endoscopic length of esophageal tumor.
Indicate clinical nodal status as determined by EUS, CT or PET.
Indicate clinical tumor stage as determined by EUS.
