2019 Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration
Celebrating the legacy of Martin Luther King Jr.
He acted with courage and a stubborn optimism, and his dreams still move us.
More than 50 years after his assassination, the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr., Ph.D., continues to inspire people of all races and backgrounds.
MD Anderson employees will have an opportunity to honor the legacy of the civil rights leader and humanitarian at a special celebratory next month, which will be presented by our Office of Institutional Diversity and Spiritual Care and Education department.

Volunteers will help make fleece blankets for Children’s Cancer Hospital patients.
Project supplies needed
Fleece donations are needed. Here’s a complete list of requested supplies for this project:
· Two 46 inches X 46 inches pieces of fleece for each blanket. One piece should be solid in color and the other piece should have a printed design
