“Diet and exercise interventions in cancer survivors”
 
As a result of improvements in early detection and treatment, the number of cancer survivors is skyrocketing, with over 12 million cancer survivors in the United States alone. With better survival, this population has higher risk for second cancers, other diseases and functional decline. Dr. Demark-Wahnefried will discuss the opportunities, challenges and methods for delivering effective interventions to high-risk population.
