Instant Recess:  Building a Fit Nation 10 Minutes at a Time is all about wellness--how we can build a little activity break oasis of fun and stress release and mood uplift into our busy, over-scheduled workdays and school days to look, feel and perform better.  But it is also a policy and practice change handbook, paradigm-shifting in its identification of organizational change as the sweet spot in catalyzing an active living movement--that "what's good for the waistline is good for the bottom line."
