Friends of Integrative Medicine Evening Lecture Series - “Meditation: Medicine for the Mind and Body”
Join us in learning about the latest research and experiencing some simple meditation techniques that can become a part of a daily practice that you can incorporate into all aspects of your life to foster peace and calmness. Directions: From Old Spanish Trail, turn at the event parking sign between Fannin and Bertner. Go straight, and the parking garage will be on your left. The event will be held in the building on your right.
