From Burnout to Brilliance: Physician Wellness Symposium

Networking tool -- Map out network systems, identify tactics for expanding network leading to increased visibility among patients and colleagues

Identifying etiology and impact of burnout -- Improved ability to recognize signs/ symptoms of burnout in physicians, and insight into its impact on health care and patient outcomes.
 
Break-out sessions* -- Develop skills for three aspects of human existence (physical/ emotional/ spiritual) strengthen resilience, diminish the impact of issues that can lead to burnout.
 
Novel ideas resulting in innovative programs and incentives -- Learn about implementation of innovative programs in physician communities which help support the well-being of the individuals and the group as a whole.
