Former Director of Anesthesia Pain Services and Deputy Chief of Pain and Symptom Management
 
·       Dr. Patt was diagnosed with stage IV lung cancer in March 2012. He recounts his journey from
doctor to patient.
·       Dr. Patt’s therapy is his band “Dr. Rick’s Fool’s Paradise” playing all over Houston including  at the House of Blues, The Mucky Duck, and every Sunday 7-10 PM at Capone's.
