1. Describe the clinical presentation, etiology and epidemiology of bladder cancer:

  • Signs and symptoms, life-time risk, incidence and prevalence, risk factors, clinical manifestations, diagnostic approaches, and classifications

 

2. Identify nursing considerations regarding the optimized surgical journey of a radical cystectomy cancer patient:  

  • Pre-operative teaching, day of surgery, intra-operative education, post-operative education, surgical complications, and discharge process.
