1.      Purpose of the Presentation? To inform research faculty and staff of new changes to the informed consent document.

2.      Which regulations or institutional policies are relevant to discussion? Those regulations pertaining to the consenting ofresearch participants.

3.      Who will it impact (eg, researchers, admin staff, sponsors, etc)? Clinical research faculty and staff.

4.      How and when will the changes be implemented? Changes were implemented on Feb. 1, 2012 and were uploaded into the systems by the OPR programming staff.
