PeopleFirst & LGBT Network will be hosting: Diana Anderson: ‘Turning Positive Conflict Into A Positive Interaction’

 

Diana has 20 years of work experience and besides working in healthcare, she has worked for companies like H-E-B, Shell, and Texaco.  During her career she has helped organizations improve employee performance through consulting, coaching, mentoring, training, programs development, and project management.  

For close to 13 years she has worked at MD Anderson in various roles in employee development, cultural competency, organizational development, and now she specializes in conflict coaching, mediation, and conflict resolution training.

Diana holds a Bachelor Degree in Marketing and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management.  She is an ICF Certified Coach and is a trained mediator and ombudsperson. Her passion is to help employees and teams unlock their potential by using their strengths to overcome their conflict challenges. She strives to help visitors and teams objectively explore, assess, and learn from their conflict so they can develop options for their next steps.
