Stressed For The Holidays?

Stressed For The Holidays?

The impact of stress on workplace productivity is well documented in literature. While the holidays are often portrayed as a peaceful time of personal renewal and restoration, more often it compounds the demands on an individual. By employing relevant stress management techniques, the individual may experience a personal renewal which may translate to deeper satisfaction and increased productivity in his/her assigned work area, thereby enhancing the ability of the research staff to care for their patients during the holiday season.
