Speaker Bio: Maurizio Pacifici, Ph.D., is director of orthopedic research at Children's Cancer Hospital of Philadelphia with a special interest in creating new treatments for rare diseases, including hereditary multiple exostoses (HME), fibrodysplasia ossificans progressiva (FOP), and heterotopic ossification (HO).
