What is PIKNIC? PIKNIC (Partners In Knowledge, News In Cancer) is an informal
educational forum that provides patients, caregivers, family members, volunteers, faculty
and staff an opportunity to hear about those issues, needs and concerns relevant to the
cancer experience.
When and where is PIKNIC? PIKNICs are held at the Mays Clinic on the 2nd,
3rd and 4th Tuesdays of the month, unless indicated by a *. PIKNICs are also held at
Houston-area locations. See back side for current schedules and topics.
What time is PIKNIC? 12:30 – 1:30 p.m., unless indicated by a *.
Anything else? Oh, yes! Lunch is provided for the first 15 patients and family members.
