As a leader of a team, section or department, managing performance involves instant and continuous high-quality feedback beyond the annual performance review. By providing high quality feedback and setting effective goals, employees will remain engaged, motivated, confident and focused.  
Giving feedback and coaching team members is not easy, but effective coaching helps to create a committed team and reduces conflict.
 
This workshop will:
 
·         outline performance management systems you can use,
·         show you how to set effective goals, and 
·         help you construct successful feedback loops in formal, informal and coaching situations.
