M. D. Anderson Cancer Center -Allied Health Education Programs/The Program in Cytogenetic Technology

M.D. Anderson's Program in Cytogenetic Technology is designed to prepare the student for a challenging and exciting career as a Cytogenetic Technologist. Currently, we offer a six-month program to train individuals who are medical technologists or board eligible medical technologists. This six-month program is accredited by NAACLS (National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Sciences). We anticipate offering a one-year program for individuals without a medical technology background starting August 2000.
