Case 11

A 32 year old woman with ALL

This patient was referred for painful proptosis and chemosis. CT shows bilateral exophthalmos and grossly enlarged medial rectus muscles, without sparing of the tendonous insertion (arrows). Grave's disease was felt to be unlikley. This patient had positive CSF cytology as well, and following chemotherapy, the muscles returned to normal size and the chemosis resolved.
