- DGED: Digital Gene Expression Displayer
- The Digital Gene Expression Displayer is a tool that compares gene expression between two pools of libraries. In contrast to the xProfiler, the DGED treats the presence of a gene in a library pool as a matter of degree. It compares the "degree" of presence of a gene in pool A with its "degree" of presence in pool B.
- Dissertations & Theses from ProQuest (PQDT)
- This database serves as the official digital dissertations archive for the Library of Congress and the database of record for graduate research. It contains millions of searchable citations to dissertation and theses from around the world from 1861 to the present day, as well as over a million full text dissertations that are available for download in PDF format. More than 70,000 new full text dissertations and theses are added to the database each year, and each source published since July 1980 includes an abstract written by the author. Simple bibliographic citations are available for dissertations dating from 1637.

- This site offers funding opportunities from the NCI Division of Cancer Prevention.
- Drug Information Portal - NIH
- The NLM Drug Information Portal enables simultaneous searching for drug information from various government agencies including the NLM, FDA and CDC. More than 12,000 drugs can be searched from the time they are entered into clinical trials (Clinicaltrials.gov) through their entry in the marketplace (Drugs@FDA). The search will retrieve scientific articles through PubMed, toxicology literature through TOXLINE, and chemical structure information through PubChem. JavaScript must be enabled in your browser for th portal to work properly.
- DynaMed
- DynaMed is a clinical reference tool created by physicians for physicians and other health care professionals for use at the point-of-care. This tool contains clinically organized summaries for more than 3,200 topics, and is updated continuously via daily monitoring, evaluation, and integration of the content of over 500 medical journals.
