  • Collaborate Funding Network
    • Allows experts to easily establish collaborative working groups with experts within or outside their own institution including any related resources necessary to pursue specific funding opportunities. The communication and exchange can be organized and privatized at the individual, University, University System and State levels as well as by geographic location within the state. Requires that you authenticate with your home institution. Log in using your MyID and password.
  • Foundation Center
    • This resource concentrates on philanthropic foundations. The site can be searched in a variety of ways to find sources of funding.
  • Grants.gov
    • Grants.gov allows organizations to electronically find and apply for more than $400 billion in Federal grants. Grants.gov is the single access point for over 1000 grant programs offered by all Federal grant-making agencies.
  • National Science Foundation - Find Funding
    • The National Science Foundation funds research and education in most fields of science and engineering. It does this through grants, and cooperative agreements to more than 2,000 colleges, universities, K-12 school systems, businesses, informal science organizations and other research organizations throughout the United States.
  • NCI Funded Research Portfolio
    • National Cancer Institute funded research grants, contract awards, and intramural research projects. View research funding by cancer type or research topic.
  • Pivot Funding Connected
    • Pivot gives Research Administrators, Research Development Professionals, and their institutions the edge to bring together the right research opportunities, funding, and people quickly and easily. It provides global and local connections that strengthen research by exploring new avenues for funding and collaboration for faculty, staff researchers, and graduate students.
  • RePORTER - RePORT Expenditures and Results
    • The Research Portfolio Online Reporting Tool is from NIH. This tool retains all of the features of CRISP while providing additional query fields, hit lists that can be sorted and downloaded to Excel, NIH funding for each project (expenditures), and the publications and patents that have acknowledged support from each project (results). RePORTER also provides links to PubMed Central, PubMed, and the US Patent & Trademark Office Patent Full Text and Image Database for more information on research results.
  • SciVal Funding
    • Personalized Tool for Researchers to Find Funding Opportunities. MD Anderson has recently contracted with Elsevier BV to provide our faculty with SciVal Funding, a powerful database system. More than just a search tool, SciVal Funding provides valuable information about award opportunities and past recipients. With a weekly live feed, MD Anderson researchers can register and set up their profile to receive emails when funding opportunities are announced using self selected key words. +13,000 active opportunities, +2.46M awarded grants, and + 4,000 funding sources available.
