Remote Access Options

This system provides off campus remote access to the Library's online collections of databases, journals, books, as well as document delivery services.

All MD Anderson faculty, staff, & students are already set up with accounts. This includes students in the School of Health Professions. You do not need to register for an account. You use your current MyID, (Active Directory), username & password to log into this system. (This is the same username & password you use to log into your workstation on campus).

The Research Medical Library participates in a cooperative agreement with the Houston Academy of Medicine - Texas Medical Center Library (HAM-TMC Library). This agreement provides MD Anderson faculty and staff with full access to the online resources of the HAM-TMC Library.

In order to access these resources you must obtain a remote access account from the HAM-TMC Library. This account is free to those persons employed at MD Anderson Cancer Center. To register for an account use the link below. For questions please call 713-792-2282.

The "Adaptive Authentication VPN Remote Access" system provides remote, off campus, access to the Library's licensed research oriented resources such as databases and online journals.

This resource is available to faculty and staff affiliated with the University of Texas, MD Anderson Cancer Center. Use your MyID username and password to log into the system. (This is the same username and password you use to log into your workstation on campus).
