Make Your Own Space in the Pickens Academic Tower

The Library’s private collaborative rooms offer MD Anderson staff and students a touch down space in the Pickens Academic Tower for meetings, presentations and more. Each of the three available rooms accommodates 2-6 people and can be booked thirty days in advance.

The rooms have recently been upgraded with mounted flat screen monitors that allow you to present from your notebook or the provided desktop PC. New tables and comfy seating has also been added.

Online Booking

Our online booking system allows for flexible scheduling.  The collaborative rooms are available for booking during the library’s open hours, which run from 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and can be booked for 4 hours at a time.
