Oncomine Webinar

The Research Medical Library is presenting an Oncomine Overview Webinar in July. Oncomine ( ), a product of Compedia Bioscience, is a web application that combines the world’s most important cancer genomics data from high impact, peer-reviewed publications into a searchable interface allowing you to probe the expression of a gene across thousands of cancer samples, explore genes, processes, and pathways deregulated in a particular type of cancer. Oncomine’s Gary Daubresse will explain how Oncomine can benefit your proposal writing and cancer research.

The Oncomine Overview webinar has been scheduled on two separate dates for your convenience. All MD Anderson faculty, staff and students are welcome to join.  You may watch the webinar in the Research Medical Library Conference or from your desktop.  A question and answer session will follow the live webinar.

Session 1: Tuesday, July 20 from 12:00PM-1:00PM CDT
