The Research Medical Library provides bindery service for departments in M. D. Anderson Cancer Center. If you would like something bound, please follow the steps outlined below.

Preparing for Bindery:

1. Fill out the Bindery Services Request Form.
2. Put the issues of the volumes together as you would like them bound and rubber band each whole volume. The volumes must be less than 2 inches in width. We will have to reorganize the volumes if they are more than 2 inches and this will increase the total number of volumes and the cost to your department.
3. Bring the the Bindery Services Request Form, and your items to be bound, to the Research Medical Library located in the Pickens Academic Tower, 21st Floor between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm and ask for Sheryl Widdoes. Please call ahead if possible at 792-2812 (Sheryl Widdoes) or 745-4450 (Laura Salinas).
4. You will be notified when your jounrals or items are ready for pick up. Your department will be invoiced at that time.
