Healthy Bites: Drink less alcohol
Research shows that alcohol increases your chances of getting oral, breast and liver cancers. The best way to keep your cancer risk in check is to limit the amount of alcohol you drink each day. Women should have no more than one alcoholic drink per day. Men should have no more than two drinks per day. It’s actually better if you can avoid alcohol altogether.
