Healthy Bites: Drink more water
Make water your beverage of choice. It has no calories and helps you stay full longer so you eat less and maintain a healthy weight. Try to drink one less soda or sugary drink, and one more glass of water each day. Eventually, your goal should be to drink at least 64 ounces of water each day or about 8 to 10 glasses.
