Healthy Bites: Dine out less

Restaurant foods are often full of extra fat, salt and calories. When you dine out, eat small portions by splitting your meal in half. This helps trim some of the extra calories, and you’ll have a second meal for later. Also, try to choose healthy items from the menu by looking for words like grilled, broiled, steamed, baked and roasted.
