Case 1

19 year old female with ALL
Axial contrast enhanced T1-weighted MR image demonstrates multiple enhancing subarachnoid nodules (arrows) consistent with leukemic meningitis. Other lesions in a leukemic such as TB meningitis could conceivably have a similar appearance.
