Case 14  

A 27 year old woman with acute promyelocytic leukemia in relapse

This patient experienced a sudden onset of severe headache. Non-contrast CT demonstrates a very large right frontal parenchymal bleed. Patients with this leukemic subtype are at particular risk for intracerebral hemorrhage.
