MIMICS OF SOFT-TISSUE SARCOMA

51-year-old male with 2 week history of trauma and distended biceps brachii bursa.

1.
Sagittal T1W MR image reveals low signal intensity mass in contiguity to the radial tuberosity (arrow on JPEG image). The radial tuberosity is the point of insertion of the biceps brachii muscle.
2.
Sagittal T2W MR image reveals high signal intensity bursal distension .
3.
Sonogram reveals the fluid nature of the lesion.
