of posterior calf.

Gradient image (TR/TE/Flip angle - 50/5/60°) reveals
tumor (large arrow on JPEG image) displacing neurovascular bundles
(arrows on JPEG image). Vessels are not encased and no bone
involvement is noted. At surgery margins of resection were free
of tumor. |
