The registration fee includes course tuition, all materials and food as indicated in the course schedule. Payment for registration can be made by Check, VISA, or MasterCard.

*This Review Course is not sanctioned, endorsed and/or sponsored by the National Certification Agency.

Registration Deadline

Your registrations must be postmarked by June 7, 1999. Registrations postmarked after this date will be assessed a $25 late fee.

Cancellations

The registration fee, minus a $50.00 administrative handling fee is refundable if a written request is received prior to June 7, 1999. After that date, no refunds will be granted. However, registrations may be transferred to a colleague.
