Case 20

A 25 year old man with ALL
While in treatment for relapse, this patient developed signs of inc. IC pressure. MR showed a right occipital mass. On T2 (20A), a ring of signal hypointensity (arrows) suggests abscess.


Ring enhancement is seen with Gd (20B). An Aspergillus abscess was discovered at surgery.
