Shelley Wang,
MD, Assistant Professor
Dr. Wang practiced
medical oncology in Beijing, China, before moving to the United States
to pursue a research career in symptom control. Currently, she is an
assistant professor and conducts research on the relief of pain, fatigue,
and other symptoms of cancer patients. As Medical Coordinator of the
World Health Organization/Pan American Health Organization Collaborating
Center in Supportive Cancer Care, she also develops research and training
programs on cancer symptoms and palliative care in Asia and Latin America.
