Our Service

Image Cytometry Analysis
Ploidy Analysis. Using Feulgen-stained tissue prepared according to standardized procedures, we could obtain DNA histograms by computer assisted image analysis and document them by a recognized systematic method.

Immunohistochemistry Analysis. The proliferation status of tissue could be measured using a variety of antibodies indicating the proliferation rate or fraction of cycling cells such as Anti-HPCA -1(CD-34), c-neu, p-53, Ki-67, VEGF-G, or others. The distribution pattern of labeled cycling cells within the tissue also could be measured.

Nuclear Morphometry. The mean and variance of the three parameters of nuclear area, nuclear shape, and nuclear texture features could be measured. An index of pleomorphism, expressed as the sum of the variances of nuclear area and shape, or an equivalent function, also could be calculated.

Fluorescence in situ Hybridization (FISH) Analysis
In Situ hybridization is a method for highly sensitive detection of specific nucleic acid sequences in specimens fixed on a microscope slide. We provide FISH service by using a variety of available commercial probes. Applications include:
    • Enumeration of specific chromosomes in interphase cells or metaphase spreads
      • Cyclin D1/CEP 11 interphase FISH test for differential diagnosis of Mantle Cell Lymphoma.
Interphase FISH test for urinary cancer.
    • Identification of marker chromosomes in cytogenetic metaphase spreads
    • Mapping of genes in genome research
