File Management
File management and organization is essential to work productivity and data management. Here are a few tips to follow:
- Build a file organization structure for yourself, your team, and/or department
- Use a standard file naming convention.
- Be consistent with your organization and naming.
- Share your organizational structure and naming conventions with colleagues.
- Know where you store your files and back them up!
